Maharashtra: Dense fog is leading to accidents. Numerous vehicles collided in Noida, Saharanpur, and Hardoi in Uttar Pradesh, resulting in many injuries. On the Mumbai-Nashik Highway in Maharashtra, three people lost their lives in an accident.

MMaharashtra:Several states across the country are experiencing dense fog, causing numerous accidents. In Noida, Saharanpur, and Hardoi of Uttar Pradesh, many vehicles crashed due to the fog, injuring several individuals, with many passengers in critical condition. A severe road accident occurred near Gothe Ghar Circle on the Mumbai-Nashik Highway, involving a bus, container, truck, and tempo, leading to three fatalities and about 15 injuries. Police and life guards are on the scene.
In Noida, near Mahamaya Bridge, two Volvo buses collided due to dense fog. Approximately six people were injured and have been taken to the hospital. These buses were traveling from Gwalior and Gorakhpur. Upon receiving the report, police station 39 and the traffic team arrived at the scene to clear the buses from the road to prevent further accidents.
The bus driver was intoxicated
The Noida accident occurred around 8 am when a bus from Gorakhpur rear-ended a bus from Gwalior. Witnesses claim the driver of the Gorakhpur Volvo bus was at fault, as he was drunk and lost control, causing the accident.
Hardoi: 10 vehicles collided
In Hardoi, Uttar Pradesh, due to heavy fog, 10 vehicles crashed on the under-construction Hardoi-Lucknow highway. The vehicles ended up on a closed bridge, leading to the accident. Eyewitnesses reported that a high-speed luxury car overturned and was destroyed due to the fog. This incident occurred near the Kachhauna police station area. Another fog-related accident happened in Saharanpur, where a roadway bus traveling to Delhi hit the divider and overturned. Despite having more than forty passengers, all are safe, with only minor injuries.
There was chaos and panic after the accident
A video from inside the bus emerged after the accident. Following the overturn, passengers fell onto each other, trying to support one another. A passenger recorded a video showing the chaotic situation inside the bus. There was chaos and panic, with people helping each other. This bus belonged to Saharanpur Roadways and collided with the divider near the Unitech factory on the Delhi-Shamli highway due to dense fog, causing it to overturn.
