Purnia MP Pappu Yadav has demanded cancellation of BPSC students' exams. Also, if the demand is not met, Bihar will be closed in the first week of January

BPSC exam: In the first week of January, a Bihar bandh was declared. MP Pappu Yadav specifically cautioned the government about the BPSC exam. He called for the Bihar bandh to demand the cancellation of the 70th BPSC exam. On Wednesday, the independent MP warned that if the government does not cancel the entire BPSC exam, Bihar will be shut down on January 1.
He criticized the commission, blaming it for the suicide of the BPSC candidate. He called for a High Court bench to investigate the entire issue. Pappu Yadav alleged that around Rs 500 crore had been exchanged within the BPSC. The student who took his own life was attending coaching classes. Pappu Yadav insisted that the CCTV footage from all centers should be made public. Children in Bihar are increasingly falling into depression and resorting to suicide. I refuse to compromise on the children's future and will go to any lengths to advocate for them. I have challenged the examination paper. Pappu Yadav stated that the commission is accountable for the suicides of Sonu Kumar and Mintesh Yadav, residents of Punai Chak in Paliganj. They both claimed that money was solicited to assist them in passing the 70th BPSC examination. The suicide note, which explained their reason for taking such action, has been seized by the police. I demand an investigation into the whole matter by the High Court bench.
Students injured in police action
During this police intervention, it is thought that due to the students' protest, the commission might announce the exam's cancellation. The students who protested on Wednesday claim that the police used force against them without any warning, despite their peaceful demonstration. Several students have been severely injured because of the police action. Videos of the incident are circulating widely on social media. The Congress party has also criticized the Bihar government by sharing a video of this police action.
